We will exchange or refund any item up to 90 days after purchase provided that the product is in brand new resaleable condition.

Please simply return to us using our returns card or with a brief covering letter, remembering to include your order details so that we can easily locate your order.

We would be grateful if you could protect the retail packaging inside a box or bag and clearly write your order number on the front of the package so our staff can clearly see it before opening.

Please allow 5 working days for us to process your refund. If you are returning for an exchange, please contact us before you send us your parcel so that we can record this, otherwise you will automatically be refunded.

World of Clogs will pay to send any items in exchange, but it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the cost of return.
